Application:
Hydraulic tensioner machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which can provide resistance moment to make conductors, ground wires and optical cables spread through double drums under a certain tension. It is used to tense one or more conductors, ground wires and optical cables to obtain good tension state.
Purposes and characteristic
The machine is a kind of high efficiency electric construction machinery, with good entire performance, high configuration of main functional components, large power reserve, quick pulling speed and wide application. The machine is mainly matched with small efficiency tensioner, is used for the stringing of pulling ropes and also pulls conductor under meeting pulling force. It can satisfy the stringing of 220KV double-bundle LGJ-630 and below conductor in mountainous area and foothills, 220KV double-bundle LGJ-720 and below conductor in flatlands, OPGW or AESS optical cable in various terrains and single conductor LGJ-720 and below in mountainous area and foothills, and 500KV and below wire pulling ropes in various terrains.
