This hydraulic puller has the following features:
1. The hydraulic puller is a hydraulic transmission puller, which adopts German Rexroth hydraulic control swashplate variable pump and German Rexroth inclined shaft hydraulic motor to form a closed circuit hydraulic transmission system. Advanced technology, power saving, high transmission efficiency, reliable quality, and self overload protection function to prevent the damage of hydraulic impact and the acceleration of oil temperature rise.
2. The German Rexroth planetary reducer has compact structure and reliable quality.
3. The international advanced hydraulic servo is used to control pulling or reversing, so as to realize stepless and smooth adjustment of pulling speed, and the operation is light, flexible and reliable.
4. The friction plate wet brake is integrated in the planetary reducer to avoid routine maintenance. Spring braking, hydraulic release, simple operation, fast reaction speed, can realize gapless braking, safe and reliable. In the shutdown state, it can prevent the running accident caused by the loosening of the tail rope. In case of sudden engine shutdown or accident, it has the function of self braking protection.
5. The handle adopts positioning design, which is convenient for timely and accurate adjustment and control, easy to operate and reduce the fatigue strength of operators.
6. Aluminum alloy plate fin radiator is adopted, and the fan driven by hydraulic motor is used for forced cooling, which has good heat dissipation effect, stability and long working time. The fan air volume can be adjusted timely and conveniently according to the specific environment and working temperature.
7. The hydraulic filter has a bypass valve to protect the system from damage.
