- The puller is comprised of engine, closed-type hydraulic system, speed reducer drive system, pulling wheel, coiling mechanism of pulling rope, operation system and mainframe. The main puller and coiling mechanism of pulling ropes make up a whole. There is hydraulic lifting stabilizer in the forepart of frame, double stabilizer in the rear part, when working, you can adjust them to working location. The whole machine has compact layout, reasonable space position and operation convenience.
- The pulling wheel is treated by special technology, which is wear-resistant.
- The control handle adopts locating design to be convenient for timely and accurate regulation and control, easy operation and reducing fatigue strength of operator. The operation board can be opened directly from the front to be convenient for inspection and maintenance.
- The pulling wheel can rotate in positive and negative directions, pull pulling rope and deliver pulling rope, and the pulling force can be preset and displayed visually from pressure gauge.
- The puller adopts installation mode of two-wheel single spindle trailer to be convenient for trans-field transportation. Pulling wheel, engine, hydraulic oil tank and operation board are reasonably arranged on both sides of main girder to make complete machine realize single-point hoisting and convenient hoisting transportation and reduce length of complete machine. The strength safety coefficient of anchor point is big, safe and reliable.
- The puller is hydraulic drive type, adopts German Rexroth hydraulic control sloping cam plate variable displacement pump, inclined-axis hydraulic motor to form closed type circuit hydraulic drive system. It has advanced technique, power saving, high drive efficiency, reliable quality and self overload protection function to avoid damage of hydrodynamic shock and acceleration of oil temperature rise.
- Adopt aluminum alloy plate fin radiator. The radiator is carried out forced cooling through hydraulic motor drive fan, with good heat radiation effect and long steady operation time, and can conveniently and in time regulate air output of fan according to practical environment and working temperature.
- Adopt friction plate type wet brake; integrated in planetary speed reducer; being free of routine maintenance, with spring brake, hydraulic pressure release, easy operation and rapid reaction speed; zero clearance brake can be realized, safe and reliable. In stopped state, conductor-sliding off accident arising from release of tail rope can be avoided. When the engine flames out suddenly or fails, the brake owns automatic brake protection function.
- Adopt German Rexroth planetary speed reducer with compact structure and reliable quality.
- Adopt international advanced hydraulic servo control for pulling or backing the machine at present and realize smooth regulation and operation convenience, flexibility and reliability of pulling speed.
