Operate Accord to the Followed Order when Starting
1. After fixed the tension machine, open the “power” switch, pull the start switch to start diesel engine and observe whether the index on the displays is normal.
2. Put all the control handles in the control box in starting position, including:
(1) Put engine throttle in minimum position (idle speed).
(2) Rotate the knob “PULLING HANDLE” to median position, that is position of “TENSION”.
(3) Loosen all the “TENSION REGULATIONT” ” REGULATION OF REEL WINDER PRESSURE”.
(4) Rotate the knob “BRAKE” to the position of “Brake”.
3. Keep the engine in idle speed for 1-2 minutes after starting and observe whether the displays of the instruments are normal at the same time. Pay attention that the index of "BEAKE PRESSURE" can’t be lower than 1.8MPa or higher than 2.5MPa; Otherwise, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection.
4. Within 10 seconds, if the engine failed to start, the knob should be released immediately and started for a second time after one minute. If it couldn’t start three times in a row, it should be stopped and the operators must find out the reasons, debug them and start later.
5. When delivering under tension, the brake should be released at first. The method is as following: Rotate "Brake" to "Release" position, observe whether the readings of "Brake Pressure" are not less than 3.5Mpa, if the brake pressure had declined, it needs shutdown inspection.
