Safe Operation Rules

1. Only the workers who are familiar with safe operation rules and maintain demand of this tension machine and are professionally trained could be allowed to operate.
2. Both operators of tensioner and puller shall communicate each other to avoid that puller begins to work under operating condition of tensioner not tension laying and cause serious accident.
3. When tensioner works, it is prohibited that operators give up operating or leave puller.
4. When operating tensioner, you shall control handle and adjust pressure smoothly and steadily and avoid over-violent and quick force and brutal operation. When tension stringing, pay particular attention, forbid reducing or increasing tension remarkably, that may cause too serious fluctuations of wires to damage the crossing structures and other buildings.
5. During tension stringing, the brake handle is forbidden to put at braking position, otherwise it will cause serious accidents.
6. The function of reverse traction is absolutely forbidden to use as brake.
7. When the tensioner works, continuously observe each pointer; hydraulic oil temperature shall be not more than 85℃; Oil-filling pressure (back pressure) shall not be lower than 1.8Mpa and shall not be higher than 2.5Mpa; the brake oil pressure shall not be lower than 3.5Mpa and shall not be higher than 6Mpa.; brake oil can’t less than 3.5Mpa and can’t exceed 6Mpa . Otherwise, the machine should be stopped to inspect immediately.
8. The pressure of the safety valve has been pre-adjusted. Do not adjust it in disorder. If the tension machine does not work due to unauthorized adjustment of the safety valve, it will bring you a lot of trouble and loss.
9. Regularly check the fixed bolt of the nylon sector, prevent loose bolt to damage the wires and cause unnecessary losses.
10. When tension machine running, keep the engine running in medium speed in order to maintain a higher power and prevent overheating of hydraulic oil.
11. When tension stringing, the knob “Tension wheel orientation control” should be in median and can’t throw at liberty, otherwise it’s easy to cause serious accidents like running lines.
12. Under operating condition of driving, to change driving direction of tensioner shall be carried out after pulling wheels stop completely.
