Product advantage
Disc-shaped suspension porcelain insulators are generally assembled from insulator elements into insulator strings for use on lines of different voltage levels. Insulated and fixed conductors used in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines.
The stain-resistant insulator is divided into a double umbrella type, a bell type, and a straw hat type according to its umbrella structure.
The double-layer umbrella stain-resistant insulator has a large creepage distance, the umbrella type is open, the inside and outside of the skirt are smooth and ribless, the ash deposition rate is low, and the wind and rain self-cleaning performance is good.
The bell-type stain-resistant suspension insulator utilizes the different periods of moisture in the umbrella and the suppression discharge of the high-edge under the umbrella, and the anti-fouling performance is good.
The straw hat type stain-resistant suspension insulator has a large diameter, and is generally placed at the top of the hanging string to have a good effect on preventing bird damage and penetrating icing.
