Product advantage
Good insulation, good heat resistance, low cost, low price, rich experience in operation.
Suspension porcelain insulators are made of porcelain, iron caps and steel feet with no less than No. 525 Portland cement and quartz sand glue. The contact surface of the iron cap and the steel foot and the adhesive is thinly coated with a buffer layer, and the top of the steel foot has an elastic pad. The surface of the iron cap and steel feet are all hot-dip galvanized. The surface of the porcelain parts is usually painted with white glaze and brown glaze, and other glazes can be painted as needed.
Disc-shaped suspension porcelain insulators are used for insulating and fixing wires in high-voltage overhead transmission and distribution lines. Insulator strings are typically assembled into insulator strings for use on different voltage grades.
Insulators have two fundamental functions in overhead transmission lines: supporting the conductors and preventing current from returning to the ground. These two functions must be guaranteed, and the insulators cannot be defeated due to various electromechanical stresses caused by changes in environmental and electrical load conditions. Otherwise, the insulators will not have a significant effect, which will damage the use and operating life of the entire line.
